STRAWBERRY CAKE

Strawberry Cake

1 cup crushed fresh or frozen Baugher’s strawberries
1 3-oz pkg strawberry jello
½ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, room temperature
1 18-oz. box white or yellow cake mix

Combine all the above in large mixing bowl.
Mix for 3 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into well
greased & floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for
45-55 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan on
rack for 10 minutes, then remove to serving plate.

Strawberry Glaze
¼ cup margarine
3 ½ cups confectioners sugar
¼ cup mashed strawberries

Combine the above glaze ingredients until smooth & spread over cake.
